摘要
茂名臻能热电有限公司7号机组在调试阶段出现两次因单点温度保护误动作导致机组跳闸停机,为避免同类事故发生,对原单点温度保护逻辑进行优化和整改。投入运行后,模拟各种不同的温度故障情况,优化后逻辑均能有效识别,保护机组正常运行。新逻辑能确保单点温度保护动作可靠、正确,防止因单点温度信号故障引起的误动作。
For reason of malfunction of single-point temperature protection, twice trip down accidents happen to No. 7 unit of Maoming Zhenneng Thermoelectricity Co. , Ltd.. For avoiding this similar accident, this paper discusses optimization and rectification for original single-point temperature protection logic. After putting into operation, it analyzes simulation for various different temperature faults and discovers the new optimized logic is effectively able to be recognized and protect normal operation of the unit. Meanwhile, the new logic is feasible to ensure reliable and correct single-point temperature protection which may prevent malfunction caused by single-point temperature signal fault.
