电能表自动加封系统在计量检定流水线上的应用 被引量:11

摘要 目前国内的电能表检定流水线中,计量检定封印的加封以及信息录入工序仍多数采用人手操作,劳动强度高,人员需求大,降低了流水作业的工作效率,成为制约电能表检定全过程自动化的瓶颈。为此,在现有电能表检定流水线上引入电能表自动加封系统,全面实现电能表检定全过程智能化、自动化、无人工干预,不但提高工作效率,降低劳动强度,而且提高了工作质量。 Manual operation is mostly used for ensealing of metrological verification seal and information type-in in present domestic electric energy meter verification pipeline which may cause high labor intensity, big requirement for personnel and reduction of work effectiveness of line production and become a bottleneck to restrict overall process automation of detection for electric energy meter. Therefore, this paper discusses introduction of automatic ensealing system of electric energy meter for present metrological verification pipeline which is able to realize intelligentization , automization and non-manual intervention of overall process of detection for electric energy meter. In addition, this system is able to improve work effectiveness, reduce labor intensity and improve work quality.
