促进区域性油画产业的发展研究——以福建莆田为例

Research on Promoting Regional Oil Painting Industry:Taking Putian in Fujian as an Example

我国油画产业处于国内发展加快集聚、国外出口快速增长的阶段。目前,国内形成了大小不同、形式各异的油画产业集聚基地。作为我国油画产业的重要生产基地,福建莆田具有较为典型的特征,即产业发展基础良好,但是面临专业市场缺乏、画家流失、产业链不完整等问题。为此,要从产业园建设、管理模式创新、融资渠道、财税优惠、人才激励等方面推进区域性油画产业集聚,以加快该产业的发展。

China＇s oil industry is in the stage of accelerating domestic development and rapid export growth. At present, painting industry agglomeration bases of different size and form come into being in China. Fujian Putian, an important production base in China＇s oil industry, enjoys the obvious characteristic and good development foundation. But it faces the problem of the lack of professional market, the loss of painters and incomplete industry chain. Therefore, it has to be promoted from the construction of industrial park, management innovation, financing, tax concessions, talent incentive, etc.
