摘要
将管理熵理论和管理耗散理论引入企业人力资源管理系统,这样企业人力资源变革决策就是不断进行熵改进的过程,通过与环境的信息交换,增加企业人力资源管理系统的有序度,提升管理效率。在此基础上,构建企业人力资源管理熵值模型,根据管理熵改进原理对厦门国际银行福州分行进行实证研究,为企业人力资源管理变革决策提供依据。
Regarding the green GDP as the government performance of the important values not only embodies the government's governing beliefs, but also plays a guiding role in all levels of government and administrative staffs. But nowadays the application of the green GDP accounting to the index of local government performance evaluation system still faces many obstacles in ideas, systems, technology, etc. If we want to improve the green GDP of local government performance assessment, we must adopt measures: adhereing to the scientific concept of development; changing traditional values of government performance evaluation; building green GDP into the institutional arrangements of the government performance assessment; designing scientific index systems of green GDP.
