幸福家庭的分析框架与本土化建构

On the Influential Index System of Happy family and Its Local Construction

在对国内外有关幸福、主观幸福感和幸福家庭的相关文献整理基础上,从社会学学科视角对幸福家庭的概念进行解读,用因素分析法寻求测量指标体系的具体维度及操作化,并建立幸福家庭的理想类型,通过多元影响因素的分析,从社会学变量建构幸福家庭的解释框架,提出在中国语境中对于幸福家庭的本土化建构的具体路径。即,提高家庭整体收入于合理化水平、建构合理的家庭网络结构、计划生育建设和文明幸福家庭建设、提高幸福家庭的主观和客观指标等。

With reference to the domestic and foreign related literature of happiness, subjective happiness and happy family, based on the interpretation of the concept of happy family in the sociology perspective, this paper seeks for the specific dimensions of the measurement index system and operation with the method of factor analysis, and establishes ideal pattern of happy family. With the analysis of multivariate influent factors, the framework of interpretation for the happy family is constructed with the sociology variables. It is proposed to improve the whole family income to reasonable level, establish reasonable home network structure, construct the family planning as well as civilized and happy families and improve the subjective and objective index of happy family. Finally it puts forward specific constructive path of happy family in the Chinese context.
