和、中和理性:千年一叹的湖湘文化——以宋代湖南理学研究为中心

Rationality of Harmony and Neutrality:A Millennium Acclaim of Hunan Culture:Centered by the study on Hunan Idealist Philosophy in Song Dynasty

宋代理学中"和与中和"的理性念想和愿景,是湖湘文化学派法哲学思想千年的核心基础,"仁"所意涵的去"人欲",存"天理",无不透示着宋代理学之湖湘学人早已祈愿的人类和平、平等、互爱、和善、和美、和谐的生存与发展的理学图景。但近年来,对湖湘文化学派的研究中,在重新探求和认识宋明程朱理学以及湖湘文化学派代表人的法哲学、法思想和法文化价值、特别是其对中国传统法哲学平等思想及提倡尊重人格尊严权的贡献等方面,都未能引起学界足够的重视,尚有广大的研究空间。

In Song Dynasty,the rational thinking and wishes in Idealist Philosophy are the millennium base for the School of Law and Philosophy in Hunan Culture,＂benevolence＂ means to rid ＂human lust＂,to contain ＂heavenly principles＂,in which reveals the wishful scenarios from those scholars to live and develop in peace,equality,love,kindness,clemency and harmony.But recently,studies in rediscovering Chen,Zhu Idealist Philosophy in Song and Ming Dynasty,as well as Law Philosophy,Law thinking and Law cultural value in representatives from Hunan Culture,especially,studies on the contribution made by tradition ideas about equality and dignity-respect are not fully recognised,it is still open for further study.
