对外贸易与环境污染的灰色关联分析——以福建省为例

Gray Relevancy Analysis on Foreign Trade and Environmental Pollution: Using the Case in Fujian Province

以福建省为例,构建灰色关联模型就对外贸易的各类工业制品的出口结构与环境污染排放进行关联分析,结果发现,按原料分类的工业制品的出口与污染排放的关联程度最高,它与固体废弃物排放、工业废水排放、工业废气排放的关联系数分别为0.7842、0.8135、0.7908;化学化工制品的出口与污染排放的关联度则次之。为促进对外贸易与环境保护的协调发展,建议增大研发投入、优化出口结构、加强环境管理、完善投融资制度等。

This article tries to establish a model of gray relevancy to analyze the export structure of various kinds of industrial products and environmental pollution in Fujian Province.The results show that the exported products classified by material have most close relevancy with the environmental pollution,its Correlation coefficient with solid emission,water emission and gas emission relatively are 0.7842,0.8135,0.7908;secondly is the relevancy of the chemical products and environmental emission.Therefore,in order to promote the coordinated development between the foreign trade and environmental protection,adding investment of R＆D,improving industrial structure,strengthening environmental management and perfecting the investment and financing system are necessary.
