大学生入党积极分子的培养教育工作是做好发展党员工作的基础和关键。当前在大学生入党积极分子培养教育中存在选拔确定的条件和比例不够科学合理、考察管理机制尚需健全完善等问题。对此,应加强对大学生入党积极分子的培养教育机制建设,构建大学生入党积极分子创先争优的长效机制如建立大学生入党积极分子先锋承诺制度、设立大学生入党积极分子先锋示范岗、组建大学生入党积极分子志愿服务队,以确保大学生入党积极分子的质量和引领带头作用的发挥。

The fostering and educatingcollege student activists for CCPC members are the foundation and key to develop the Party members.Currently,due to the issues,such as unscientific and irrational conditions and proportion for selecting them,imperfect review mechanisms,it is necessary to strengthen them,to build the long-term and effective pioneering mechanisms,such as the establishment of the system of the Party activists pioneer commitments,the establishment of the Party activists pioneer demonstration post,the construction of the Party activists volunteer service teams to ensure the quality of the college students to join the party activists and to make them play the leading role.
