新建本科院校构建应用型人才培养体系的实践探索——以福建江夏学院为例

Study on Practice of Constructing Application-oriented Talents Cultivation System in Newly-established Universities: A Case Study of Fujian Jiangxia University

遵循高等教育规律,创新人才培养模式,改革教育教学方法,不断提高办学水平和人才培养质量,是高等教育改革的基本任务和要求,也是新建地方本科院校发展中需要面对和解决的重大问题。为此,新建地方本科院校应当根据高等教育的要求和地方经济社会发展的需要,从办学定位的确定、学科专业体系的构建、应用型人才培养路径的创新等方面展开实践探索,进而形成人才培养的特色和优势。这样才能在众多的高校中确立自身的地位和影响,实现学校的生存与发展。

Following the law of higher education,innovating modes of personnel training,and improving the level of school running and the quality of personnel training,are not only the basic requirements of higher education reform,but also an important issue in the development of newly-established universities.Therefore,based on the requirements of higher education and development of local economy and society,newly-established universities should explore from different aspects,such as the determination of college-running orientation,the construction of disciplines and specialties,the innovation of application-oriented talents cultivation,and then form their own features and advantages.Thus,they can establish their own position and effect among a great number of colleges and universities,achieving the existence and development of their own.
