摘要
目的 探讨基质金属蛋白酶 2、 9(MMP 2、 9)在大鼠卵巢黄体发育、维持和退化的组织重建中的作用。方法 采用原位杂交 (insituhybridization)方法检测假孕大鼠卵巢黄体中MMP 2、 9mRNAs的基因表达变化 ,并通过密度扫描方法对原位杂交结果进行半定量分析。结果 MMP 2、 9mRNAs主要在假孕第 1天黄体中表达 ,以后逐渐降低 ,到假孕第 14天其mRNAs表达降低到最低程度。结论 MMP 2、 9主要参与黄体的发育过程 ,而不参与黄体的退化过程。
Objective To study the roles of matrix metalloproteinases 2, 9(MMP 2, 9) in the tissue remodeling that occurs during luteal development and regression in the rat ovary.Methods MMP 2, 9mRNAs expressions at the corpus luteum in the pseudopregnant rat ovary were assessed by in situ hybridization, and the results were determined by semi-quantitative analysis through densitive scanning method.Results During day 1 pseudopregnancy (luteal development), expressions of MMP 2, 9mRNAs were significantly greater than at all other times point, decreased by day 4,8 ,and reached lower levels by day 14 pseudopregnancy. Conclusion MMP 2, 9 play a role in the tissue remodeling associated with luteal development and cann't contribute to the structural regression of the corpus luteum.
