股静脉中心置管术在抢救重型脑外伤中的护理应用

CENTER OF FEMORAL VEIN CATHETER NURSING APPLIED IN SEVERE BRAIN INJURY IN THE RESCUE OPERATION

目的探索抢救重型颅脑损伤患者快速有效的静脉输液方法。方法总结并分析98例重型颅脑患者采用中心静脉导管针穿刺股静脉置管并留管的护理体会。结果股静脉穿刺置管成功率高,导管保留时间长,并发症少。结论股静脉穿刺置管适合于重型颅脑外伤的补液治疗及抢救,且通过改良置管定位方法,使操作手法类似浅表静脉,穿刺成功率高,临床护士容易掌握,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To explore the fast and effective intravenous infusion method in the rescue operation of the patients with severe craniocerebral injury. Methods： Indwelling catheter and remain catheter were done in 98 cases of severe craniocerebral patients by central venous catheter needle penetrating femoral vein. Results： The catheter success rate by femoral vein puncture was high with long retention time, fewer complications, which could well solve the problem of difficulties in transfusion and open vein nutrition supply channels in severe craniocerebral injury patients. Conclusion： Indwelling catheter by femoral venous puncture is fit for fluid therapy and rescue for severe traumatic brain injury, and through improved catheter positioning method, the manipulation is similar as superficial vein, puncture success rate is high, the nurses master it easily, it is worthy of clinical application.
