光固化复合树脂对牙髓影响的实验研究

An experimental study of light cured composite resins to dental pulp reaction

目的 评价光固化复合树脂修复纯种大白兔牙体时对牙髓的影响。方法 对照组 (N)分为 4个小组 ,分别用 4种光固化复合树脂充填 ;实验组 (P)也分为 4个小组 ,氢氧化钙垫底 +同法光固化复合树脂充填 ,在显微镜下观察各组标本的组织切片。结果 ①在一定的有效牙本质厚度时 ,光固化复合树脂修复可引起牙髓炎症。②不同品牌的复合树脂引起的牙髓炎症反应程度不同。③氢氧化钙垫底能够有效地保护牙髓。结论 光固化复合树脂作为一种新型的修复材料 ,在医疗实践中应密切观察牙髓的变化。

Objective To evaluate the effects of composite resins to dental pulp.Methods Four light cured composite resins were selected to restore dental defects of purebred white rabbits.The normal group was divided into four different groups according to four different light cured composite resins.The on set group with placement of calcium hydroxide powder consisted of four groups for four light cured composite resins.Results ①Light cured composite resins may produce inflammatory changes in the pulp;②Different composite resins caused different degrees of inflammation;③Calcium dydroxide cement used as subbase material can protect dental pulp effectively.Conclusion In clinical practice,it is important to attentively observe the change of dental pulp and secondary caries.
