摘要
城乡学校一体化管理网络组织是伴随着基础教育均衡发展的制度导向而出现的,它通过城乡学校间的合作和制度化建设提升农村学校教育质量,其本质是学校组织的改进与发展,表现了学校由单一组织向网络组织的发展变革。城乡学校一体化管理体现了从单方帮扶到双方共赢的网络合作、从单一学校组织到多个学校组织的网络生态、从学校间联结到学校网络间联结的网络拓展。城乡学校一体化管理的网络组织研究可以从类型、分析层面和分析内容三条路径展开。
With the institutional orientation of the balanced development in basic education, network organization of integrated management for urban and rural schools has emerged and improved the educational quality of rural schools through collaboration and institutional construction between urban and rural schools. It has essentially reflected the promotion and development of school organization, and embodied the organizational change from the single organization to the network organization. It is characterized with network collaboration from the unilateral assistance to the win-win, network ecology from single school organization to school group organization, network expanding from jointing between schools to between school networks. We can explore the network organization of integrated management for urban and rural schools from the paths of type, analyzing level and key contents.
