摘要
创新是企业提高生产率的主要来源,然而并非所有企业都能从中受益。国际化程度高的服务企业是否有更强的创新性?服务企业是否能够通过国际化促进其创新效率的提升?国际化、创新和企业生产率三者之间有着怎样的关系?基于国际化的视角,对中国服务企业创新收益的差异进行的实证研究表明:不同的国际化模式对服务企业的创新活动和生产率有不同的影响,中国出口企业的创新性较弱,而进口企业的创新较强。在服务业中,只有当企业的国际化战略和创新战略相匹配时,企业才能最大程度的获取两者带来的收益。研究为提倡开放条件下的服务业创新提供了理论和政策依据。
As a major pusher of the productivity,innovation is not yet beneficially exploited by all producers.This paper examines the relationship among internationalization,innovation and productivity.It makes an empirical analysis of the income gained through innovation of the service sector firms in China from the perspective of intemalization.Based on the data collected on a firm level,the paper makes clear that different patterns of internationalization cast innovation and productivity into different influence:Chinese exporters are poorer at innovation,while importers are just the other way.Only when a good combination between the strategies of internationalization and of innovation is achieved can firms be able to gain from the both.This study offers a grounding of theory and policy for the innovation of service sectors in an open setting.
