压力衣综合治疗烧伤后增生性瘢痕的疗效观察

Curative Effect of Resilience Cloth Integrating Treatment in Hyperplastic Scar by Burn.

为观察压力衣综合治疗烧伤后增生性瘢痕的疗效 ,对 60例烧伤后有增生性疤痕的患者 ,进行随机抽样分组 ,对照组 30例采用物理疗法和运动疗法 ,压力衣综合治疗组 30例是在上述治疗的基础上进行压力衣治疗 ,比较压力衣综合治疗组与对照组的效果。结果表明 :压力衣综合治疗组的有效率在 3个月时为 36 7% ,4个月时为 53 3% ,5个月时为 76 3% ,6个月时为 93 3% ;对照组为 16 7% ,30 % ,4 0 %和 63 3%。组间差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5)。提示 :压力衣综合治疗烧伤后增生性瘢痕对缩短病程、改善功能疗效显著。

To investigate curative effect of resilience cloth integrating treatment in hyperplastic scar by burn,sixty cases with hyperplastic scar by burn were employed.The experimental group(30 cases)was treated with pressure therapy,physical therapy and kinesiotherapy.But the control group (30 cases) was treated with physical therapy and kinesiotherapy.The effects were compared.Results showed that effective rate of resilience cloth integrating treatment in hyperplastic scar by burn was 36.7% in three months,53.3% in four months,76.3% in five months,93,3% in six months. And the control group was 16.7%,30%,40%,63.3% respectively. There were singnificant differences (P<0.05). The study suggest that resilience cloth integrating treatment can obviously shorten the course of treatment and improve the function in hyperplastic scar by burn.
