顶空-气相色谱法测定聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯制品中甲基丙烯酸甲酯单体的迁移量 被引量:10

摘要 采用顶空-气相色谱法测定聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯制品中甲基丙烯酸甲酯单体的迁移量。选择顶空平衡温度和时间分别为80℃和30min。聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯样品经20%(体积分数)乙醇溶液溶解后,用HP—INNOWAX色谱柱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器检测。甲基丙烯酸甲酯的质量浓度在0.2~30.0mg·L^-1范围内与其峰面积呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)为0.08mg·L^-1。于2份空白试样中分别加入0.55,5.50mg·L^-1做回收试验,测得回收率依次为92.7%,99.4%,相对标准偏差(n=6)均小于3%。 Head-space GC was applied to the determination of migrated amount of methyl methaerylate monomer from products of polymethyl mathacrylate (PMMA). The equilibrium temperature and time of head space sampler were set at 80℃ and 30 min, respectively. The PMMA sample was immsersed in 20% (φ) aqueous ethanol solution, and the analyte was separated on HP INNOWAX column and detected by FID. Linear relationship between values of peak area and mass concentration of methyl methacrylate was kept in the range of 0. 2- 30. 0 mg · L^-1 with detection limit (3S/N) of 0. 08 mg· L^-1. Values of recovery found by standard addition method were 92. 7%(0. 55 mg· L ^-1 added) and 99.4% (5.50 mg · L^-1 added) with RSD's less than 3%.
