摘要
在pH7.1的Tris-盐酸缓冲介质中,并在铜(Ⅱ)桥联作用下三聚氰胺分子与牛血清蛋白形成的三聚氰胺-铜(Ⅱ)-牛血清蛋白络合物,导致牛血清蛋白的荧光猝灭程度增强。三聚氰胺的浓度在1×10^-5~1×10^-6mol·L^-1范围内与其相对荧光强度呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3s/k)为2.50×10^-7mol·L^-1。以饲料样品为基体进行加标回收试验,所得回收率在96.0%~108%之间,相对标准偏差(n=6)在0.8%-2.8%之间。
In a Tris-HC1 buffer solution of pH 7. 1, and under the chelate-bridging action of Cu(Ⅱ)-ion, a ternary complex among melamine, Cu( Ⅱ) and BSA was formed, leading to enhancement of fluorescence quenching of BSA. Linear relationship between values of relative fluorescence intensity and concentration of melamine was kept in the range of 1×10^-5-1×10^-6mol · L^-1, with detection limit (3s/k) of 2.50×10^-7mol · L^-1. On the base of feed samples, test for recovery was made by standard addition method; values of recovery found were in the range of 96.0%-108% with RSD's (n=6) in the range of 0. 8%-2.8%.
