心率减速力检测及其对心肌梗死后患者猝死风险的预警价值 被引量:12

摘要 心率减速力(Deceleration capacity of rate,DC)和连续心率减速力(Heart Rate deceleration runs,DRs)是近年来提出的定量测定自主神经功能的新技术,而急性心肌梗死后致命性心律失常如心室颤动、室性心动过速等与患者的自主神经功能失衡密切相关。国内外相关研究已证实DC和DRs能独立对心肌梗死后患者猝死风险进行预警,具有重要的临床应用价值。现就DC和DRs在这一领域的研究进展作一综述。
