透过在某些面板厂的环境检测结果的分析与发现,提供另一种有别于传统对高效微尘过滤器使用寿命的看法。这样的观点揭示着,高效微尘过滤器使用寿命的评价,应该更加全面地多方面考察。
Another standpoint different from traditional judgment by pressure drop for service life of high performance particulate filter is proposed via the findings and analysis in environment measurement of some of FPD plants. Such a standpoint indicates a whole aspect of considerations is necessary while assessing the service life of high performanceparticulate filter.
