Selective Utilization of Archives Information Resources——Taking the Utilization of Archival Documents in the Dispute over the Diaoyu Islands as an Example

论文以最近一段时间以来纷纷扰扰的钓鱼岛问题为切入口,分析档案文献资源利用中存在的一个客观现象――选择性利用,指出档案文献资源利用中的选择性利用是一种客观存在,有其合理性,不可避免也存在一些弊端,并提出解决这个问题的一些方法,使档案文献的价值更加完善与全面地实现。

From the Diaoyu Islands issue recently, this paper analyses an objective phenomenon -selective utilization of archival documents resources, pointing out that the selective utilization of archival documents is an objective, reasonable reality .Meanwhile, it has some drawbacks inevitably, and making some of the ways to solve this problem in order to make the value of archival documents more complete and compre- hensive .
