基于“开放政府”视角的美国档案信息公开探析

The Research of American Archival Information Disclosure Based on the “Open Government”

"开放政府"是当前欧美国家政府建设的追求目标,美国档案部门积极响应"开放政府"倡议,大力公开档案信息,在透明度、公众参与、政府间以及官民合作三个方面取得了显著成效。文章分析了"开放政府"视角下的美国档案信息公开现状及成绩,并总结美国经验所带来的启示,以期为我国的档案信息公开提供有益的借鉴。

As ＂Open Government＂ is currently the government construction goal in Europe and the United States, the American archives department actively responds to ＂Open Government＂ initiative, opens the archival information dramatically, and has made remarkable achievements in three aspects： transparency, public participation and collaboration. The paper analyses the status and results of the American archival information disclosure on open government, and summarizes the implications from American experiences, with a hope to provide useful reference to our archival information disclosure.
