通江河道水泥混凝土护坡控制血吸虫病流行的研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的 探讨通江河道水泥混凝土护坡工程控制血吸虫病流行的效果。方法 选择南京市栖霞区摄山镇七乡河为实验区 ,采用与护坡工程同步的前瞻性方法 ,观察工程前后实验区内各项血防指标的变化情况 ,并进行综合分析、评价。结果 工程后邻近村庄的人、畜粪检阳性率均下降了10 0 % ,河道内钉螺面积、有螺框出现率、钉螺平均密度和钉螺感染率分别下降了 76 .10 %、6 3.47%、5 0 .6 0 %和 10 0 % ;1997~ 2 0 0 0年河水小白鼠感染率下降了 95 .92 % ,阳性小鼠的平均虫荷分别为15 .2 0条、7.0 0条、1.33条和 1.0 0条 ,3年共在入江口捞到漂浮江滩钉螺 8只。结论 混凝土护坡工程血防效果明显 。 Objectives To explore the impact on the control of schistosomiasis transmission by concrecting banks of the rive r in connecting with the Yangtze River.[WT5”HZ]Methods Q ixiang river in Sheshan,Nanjing,was selected as pilot area. The prospective obse rvations were carried out on the changes of relevant index for control programme and evaluation was done during the performing of the engineering project. Results After the engineering project the feca l positive rates in human and livestock were reduced by 100%,the smail infested area,the appearance rate of smail frame,the average density of snail and snail i nfection rate were reduced by 76.1%,63.47%,50.6% and 100%,relatively. The mice infection rate was declined by 95.92% from 1997 to 2000. Th e worm burden of the infected mice were 15.20,7.00,1.33 and 1.00,respectively,in 1997,1998,1999 and 2000. A total of 8 snails were collected from floating materials in the mouth of the river. Conclusions The significant impact on the control of schistosomiasis was observed by engineering project of concrecting banks. It is very important to eliminate snails migrated from the Yangtze River into connecti ng rivers.
