走教育国际化之路 造就面向未来的卓越中医药人才

Setting foot on a international education road and training excellent TCM talents with future orientation

目的中医药高等教育事业的快速发展需要德才兼备、具有国际化视野的、能肩负起中医药未来发展的优秀人才。方法梳理目前中医药国际化人才培养模式改革中存在的问题,提出一系列的方法与举措。结果中医药教育国际化是一项全面、系统的工程。结论应该以教学改革为着力点,整体提升课程体系、培养机制、教学模式、学习支持与管理体制建设,从而满足中医药人才培养的需要。

Objective The fast-developing of higher TCM education needs the talents with excellent morals and academic skills, international vision and mission of developing TCM. Methods The problems existing in the reform of current training mode of international TCM talents were sorted, and a series of approaches and solutions were put forward. Results The internationalization of TCM education is a comprehensive and systematic project. Conclusion The attention should be paid to teaching reform for improving curriculum system, training mechanism, teaching mode, learning support and management construction, and meeting the demands of training TCM talents.
