SSE联合纠错教学法在中医脉诊模拟教学中的应用

Application of SSE error-correction teaching method in simulation teaching of TCM pulse diagnosis

诊脉是一门极为精巧的技术,有明确的操作要领和操作规程。但实际应用中,学生更多关注于脉象形态特征和主病的描述,常常忽视操作要领和操作规范,使得诊脉徒有其表,更谈不上体会和把握脉象特征,而且缺乏训练和有效的反馈调节手段,这些成为阻碍中医诊断技术传承和发展的瓶颈。为此,笔者开设了中医诊断模拟训练课程,并在脉诊训练课中,使用SSE联合纠错教学法,旨在培养学生的综合素质,提高学生实践技能,做到理解到位,操作得心应手。

Pulse diagnosis is a delicate technique with definite operating points and instructions. In practice, however, students pay more attention to the characteristics of pulse conditions and description of related diseases and ignore the operating points and instructions. The lacks of drills and effective feedback measures have hindered the inheritance and development of TCM diagnostic technology. A simulated drill course of TCM diagnosis has been offered and teaching method combining SSE （study independent, seminar and exercise of diagnosis and management） with error-correction has been used in the drill of pulse diagnosis. The purpose is to cultivate students＇ general quality and improve their practical capabilities.
