摘要
目的缓解实习前期焦虑情绪,培养德才兼备,心理素质良好的护理人才。方法将来自13所护理学院的71名大专、本科实习生作为研究对象,按学校、学历随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组36人,对照组35人。岗前培训前后分别对护生进行焦虑自评量表SAS、抑郁量表SDS、心理适应性量表的问卷调查。结果有明显差异(P<0.05)。入科实习4周后的问卷调查有明显差异,(P<0.05)。结论采用新的教学模式可较好地缓解实习前期焦虑情绪。
Objective To relieve anxiety emotion early in internship, and to train the talents with excellent moral, academic skills and mental quality. Methods The intern students (n=71), coming from 13 nursing schools and with bachelor or associate degree, were selected as objects, and randomly divided into experimental group (n=36) and control group (n=35) according to schools and educational degrees. The questionnaires of self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), self-rating depression scale (SDS) and psychological adaptability scale were given to the nursing students before and after orientation training. Results There were significant differences in questionnaires 4 weeks after practice (P〈0.05). Conclusion The new teaching mode has better effect on relieving anxiety emotion early in internship.
