摘要
目的探讨个性化康复干预对急性脑卒中患者临床康复的影响研究。方法选取2010年6月~2012年12月期间我院神经内科收治的急性脑卒中患者100例,随机分成康复组和对照组,在入组时、康复训练30天、60天分别采用MBI、FMA量表进行评分。结果两组在入组时FMA、MBI评分的差异无统计学意义;但在康复训练30天、60天后,FMA、MBI评分在组间及组内不同时段比较均有统计学意义;结论个性化康复训练能显著促进患者神经功能恢复,改善运动功能,降低致残率,提高生活质量。
Objective：To observe the effects of individualized exercises on cilical rehabilitation in patients of acute cere-bral stroke.Methods：100 cases of patients were diagnosed acute cerebral stroke from June 2010 to December 2012 in the hospital affiliated to Taishan Medical University.All the patients were randomly divided into two groups,the rehabilitation group and the control.All the patients were scored with MBI,FMA at the beginning and 30days,60days after rehabilitation intervention.Results：There was no statistically significance between two groups at the beginning of grouping.At 30days,60days after intervention,the scores of FMA and MBI were statistically significance between two groups.Conclusion：Indi-vidualized exercises can effectively improve the patients＇ neural functional recovery,improve the motor function,decrease the patients morbidity and increase the daily life quality.
