枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒预防人工喂养儿肺炎继发腹泻的临床观察

Clinical observation of live combined bacillus subtilis and enterococcus faecium granules with multivitamines in preventing diarrhea complication in pediatric pneumonia Cases

目的探讨枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒预防人工喂养儿肺炎抗生素治疗过程中继发腹泻的疗效,以供临床合理用药参考。方法以2010年6月~2012年5月在我院儿科接受治疗的肺炎患儿87例为研究对象,均为人工喂养儿。随机分组后,对照组给予吸氧、镇咳、化痰、抗炎、抗感染等常规对症治疗;观察组在此基础上给予口服枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒。观察两组患儿治疗期间继发性腹泻的发生率,并比较治疗期间不良反应发生率。结果与对照组肺炎继发性腹泻发生率28.57%相比较,观察组继发性腹泻发生率6.67%明显较低,有显著的统计学差异（P〈0.05）。两组不良反应发生率相比较,无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。结论枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒可有效预防人工喂养儿肺炎继发腹泻,较好的减轻了患儿痛苦,对其康复具有积极的促进作用。

Objective：Discuss Live combined bacillus subtilis and enterococcus faecium granules with multivitamines prevent artificial feeding son pneumonia antibiotic treatment process secondary diarrhea curative effect,in order to offer ref-erence for clinical rational drug use.Methods：In June 2010 to May 2012 in our hospital department of pediatrics for treat-ment of 87 cases of pneumonia patients as the research object,which is the artificial feeding son.Random group,control group give oxygen,cough,phlegm,anti-inflammation,infection conventional symptomatic treatment;The observation group on the basis of the given oral Live combined bacillus subtilis and enterococcus faecium granules with multivitamines.Two groups of children to observe the incidence of diarrhea secondary during treatment,and compare the incidence of ad-verse reactions during treatment.Results：.Pneumonia secondary diarrhea incidence of 28.57%,compared with the control group 6.67% significantly lower incidence of secondary diarrhea,a significant statistical difference（ P 0.05）.Com-pared two groups of incidence of adverse reactions,no statistical difference（ P 0.05）.Conclusions：Live combined billus sbtilis and eterococcus fecium ganules with mltivitamines can effectively prevent artificial feeding son pneumonia secondary diarrhea,better reduce the pain of children,the rehabilitation has positive role in promoting.
