摘要
以转基因抗虫三系杂交棉‘邯杂301’为材料,设置了3个密度和3个去早果枝方式(去基部2个、3个早果枝及不去果枝)处理,研究去早期果枝对棉花生长发育和产量的影响。结果表明:去早果枝显著推迟了棉花的生育进程;在各密度下去早果枝均能降低单株脱落数和单株烂铃数,提高棉花生长后期叶片叶绿素含量和光合速率;去早果枝推迟了叶面积指数达到高峰的时间;去早果枝能显著提高铃重;去早果枝在各密度下产量均比对照有所提高,且在3.75万株/hm2密度下,去2个早果枝比对照显著提高籽棉产量和皮棉产量,增产率分别为9.1%和9.3%,其他处理差异不显著。
Bt-transgenic hybrid cotton based on cytoplasmic male-sterility system with three dif-ferent densities were treated normally (CK) or by removing two(G1) or there(G2) basal fruit-ing branches to study the effects of early fruiting branch removal on the growth and develop-ment and yield of cotton. The results showed that the removal of early fruiting branches signif-icantly delayed the process of growth and development, the removal of early fruiting branches decreased the number of the abscission per cotton plant, significantly decreased the number of the rotten bolls per cotton plant. The removal of early fruiting branches significantly promoted chlorophyll content and photosynthesis ratio in the later period of cotton. The removal of early fruiting branches delayed the process of reaching the pinnacle of the leaf area index. The remov-al of early fruiting branches significantly promoted the boll weight. The removal of early fruit-ing branches promoted the yields of cotton, compared with CK, G1 of M1 significantly promo-ted the seed cotton yield and lint cotton yield by 9.1% and 9.3%, compared with CK. There was no significant yield increase in other treatments.
