摘要
分析观赏芍药的核型,为探讨芍药的起源、进化及遗传育种研究提供依据。对芍药属(Paeonia)植物4个栽培品种‘Karl Rosenfield’,‘Kansas’,‘Buckeye Belle’和‘Red Red Rose’进行了核型分析。‘Karl Rosenfield’的核型为2n=2x=10=6m+2sm+2st,属二倍体,2A型;‘Kansas’的核型为2n=2x=10=6m+2sm+2st,属二倍体,2A型;‘Buckeye Belle’的核型为2n=3x=15=9m+3sm+3st,属三倍体,2A型;‘Red Red Rose’的核型为2n=3x=15=9m+3sm+3st,属三倍体,2A型;观赏芍药品种核型不对称性为‘Buckeye Belle’>‘Red Red Rose’>‘Kansas’>‘Karl Rosenfield’,供试芍药种的亲缘进化顺序可能为‘Karl Rosenfield’、‘Kansas’、‘Red Red Rose’、‘Buckeye Belle’。
This study was to analyze the karyotypes of diploid Peony species, so as to provide basis for revealing the origins, evolvement and genetic breeding of peony. In this paper, the karyotypes of 4 cultivars were analysed. The results indicated that the karyotype of two culti-vars ( ‘ Karl Rosenfield' and ‘ Kansas' ) was 2n = 2 x= 10 = 6m+2 sm +2 st ; the other two culti-vars ( ‘ Buckeye Belle' and ‘ Red Red Rose' ) was 2n = 3x = 15 = 9m + 3sm+3st, which all be-longed to 2A. The evolution order of these four cultivars was probably ‘Karl Rosenfield',‘Kansas', ‘Red Red Rose', ‘Buckeye Belle'.
