摘要
利用常规压片法对塞罕坝不同居群金莲花(Trollius chinensis Bunge)的染色体数目与核型进行了分析。结果表明:3个不同居群的金莲花(JLH10、JLH11和JLH12)的染色体数目均为16条,为二倍体(2n=2x=16),其核型公式分别为2n=2x=16=10sm+6st、2n=2x=16=2m+10sm+4st和2n=2x=16=2m+6sm+8st。三者核型均为3A型,其核型不对称系数分别为74.27%,70.70%和73.98%。
The chromosome number and karyotype of three different populations of Trollius chinensis in Saihanba was studied by squash method. The results showed that they were dip-loid,their chromosome number was 2n=16; karyotype formula of JLH10,JLH11 and JLH12 was 2n=2x=16=10sm+ 6st,2n=2x=16=2m +10sm+4st and 2n=2x=16=2m A-6sm+8st ,respectively, and all belonged to 3A type. The asymmetrical coefficient of three popula-tions was 74.27%, 70.70% and 73.98%, respectively.
