猪流感病毒HA和NA亚型多重RT-PCR鉴别诊断方法的建立 被引量:1

摘要 根据GenBank登录的猪流感病毒H1、H3亚型HA基因,N1、N2亚型NA基因核苷酸序列,设计用于扩增猪流感病毒血凝素H1/H3亚型、神经氨酸酶N1/N2亚型基因片段的2套多重PCR特异性引物,建立了猪流感病毒H1N1、H1N2和H3N2亚型多重RT-PCR鉴别诊断方法。结果表明:鉴别诊断引物具有良好的特异性和型内通用型,对我国主要流行的H1、H3、N1和N2亚型多种基因型猪流感病毒均能良好扩增。 According to the genomic sequence of H1, H3 and N1,N2 subtype of swine influenza virus (SIV) published in Gen/3ank, the specific primers were designed, and multiplex RT-PCR assays were developed for detection of SIV H1, H3,N1, N2 subtype. The results showed that differential primers were specific and general for the main popular H1, H3, N1 and N2 subtypes in China.
