评价颅底缺损移植膜的一种力学方法

摘要 生物和非生物膜植入体内后力学性质的改变与生物相容性有关,活组织在移植膜上的生长可改变其力学性质,使其达到或接近周围组织的水平。本文通过颅骨缺损硬脑膜重建的动物实验和蠕变测量,考察本体阔筋膜和涤纶膜植入犬体内后力学性质随时间的改变,发现阔筋膜能与周围组织相容,三个月内可达到或超过硬脑膜抗膨出性能;而涤纶膜经历先增强后退化的过程,说明相容性较差。结果表明本文采用的方法可用于对移植膜性能的评价。 The changes of mechanical properties of biological and abiological graft membranes are related to its biocompatibility. By animal experiments and creep measurements of the creep properties of dural reconstruction for cranial base defects, the changes of self-fascia late and dacron membrane after grafting with time were observed. The results show that fascia late is compatible with tissue, and it' s anti-protruding properties is close to or exceed that of dura for three months. But the biocompatibility of dacron membranes is poor, as its anti-protruding properties is not improved. This method can to used to evaluate graft membrane.
