工业化视角的城乡二元结构评价探讨

Explorations on the Evaluation of Urban-Rural Dual Structure from the Perspective of Industrialization

从城乡二元结构视角,可以解释中国工业体系的快速建立、向全球制造业第一大国的跃升、新型工业化缘于农村的约束凸显等工业化进程中的三个问题。城乡二元结构为前两个问题的解决提供了重要的制度和物质基础。要从国家工业化乃至整个现代化和农民发展两个方面,用历史的、辩证的观点来评判城乡分割的体制及其所形成的二元结构,不能因为城乡发展长期的严重失衡而对其予以否定,也不能因为它对国家工业化乃至整个现代化有着重要贡献而忽略其缺陷。中国工业化受益于城乡二元结构的阶段已经过去,并转换成为受制于城乡二元结构的阶段。

From the perspective of urban-rural dual structure we can explain three issues during the industrialization process ? quick establishment of China's industry system,a leap to the first superpower of global manufacturing industry and the highlights of new industrialization due to the constraints from rural areas.The urban-rural dual structure provides important system and material basis for solving the first two issues.The urban-rural split system for state power and its dual structure should be criticized from state industrialization and the development of the whole modernization and farmers with historical and dialectical perspectives,but can' t deny that because of long-term and unbalanced urban-rural development and ignore the defects for its contributions to state industrialization and the whole modernization.China's industrialization depending on and benefiting from the urban-rural dual structure has gone and converted into a stage constrained by urban-rural dual structure.
