摘要
新中国成立后,澳门鲜活农产品主要由当地菜农和内地提供。随着澳门城市化的不断发展,使澳门城市空间向郊区莱田迅速扩展,当地菜农的鲜活农产品供给量不断下降,从20世纪60年代起内地的供给量却逐渐增加,呈现出此消彼长的态势。到80年代初,内地提供的鲜活农产品占据了澳门市场的主导地位。内地对澳门鲜活农产品均衡、稳定的供给,填补了当地的货源缺口,实现了澳门市场货源地结构的平稳转换,成为澳门长期稳定发展的强大后援。
After the founding of New China,the fresh agricultural products in Macao mainly provided by local farmers and the mainland.With the continuous development of urbanization in Macao,the Macao urban space was rapidly expanded to suburban vegetable fields,the supply of fresh agricultural products by the local vegetable farmers were declined and the supply from mainland was gradually increased in 1960s.In the early of 1980s the supply from mainland held the leading position at Macao market.The balance and stable supply of fresh agricultural products from mainland to Macao fills the supply gap left by local farmers,achieves a smooth transition of the structure of supply places at Macao market and becomes the strong backing for Macao's long-term and stable development.
