马钢13号高炉使用直供焦的生产实践

Use of Directly-charged Coke at the No.13 Blast Furnace of Masteel

对马钢一铁总厂13号高炉使用焦炭由倒装改直供的生产实践进行总结。由于降本需要一铁总厂从2013年3月份开始逐步将倒装焦改为直供焦,通过强化槽下管理,对高炉进行上下部调剂,顺利实现了倒装焦到直供焦的平稳过渡,取得了良好的经济效益。

The change of coke charge from inverted-charge to direct-charge at the No. 13 blast furnace of Masteel＇ s No. 1 ironmaking works was summarized. To reduce production cost, the No. i ironmaking works adopted direct- charge of coke instead of inverted-charge from March 2013. Through enhancing management of hoppers and adjustment of upper and lower parts of the furnace, the No. 13 BF achieved smooth transition from inverted-charge to direct-charge of coke, resulting in good economic effect.
