星点设计-效应面法优化丹皮酚微囊的制备工艺

Optimization of conditions for preparation of paeonolum microcapsules by central composite design-response surface methodology

摘要 利用星点设计-效应面法对明胶(G)-海藻酸钠(SA)复凝聚法制备丹皮酚晶体微囊(PAM)的工艺进行优化。以CaCl2浓度、芯壁比、G浓度为自变量,以PAM抗氧化率为因变量,获得最佳工艺条件为:芯壁比28.46%、CaCl2浓度8.10%、G溶液浓度3.87%,SA溶液浓度1.29%。30d加速试验结果表明,制得的PAM稳定,具有较强的抗氧化能力。 The central composite design-response surface methodology was used to optimize the process of paeonolum microencapsules (PAM) prepared with gelatin (G) -sodium alginate (SA) by complex eoacervation. The experiments were carried out with CaCl2 concentration, the ratio of core and wall materials, and G concentration as the independent variables, the antioxidative rate of PAM as the dependent variable. As a result, the optimum process of the microcapsules was as follows: the core/wall ratio 28. 46% (w/w), CaC12concentration 8. 10%, G concentration 3.87% and SA concentration 1.29%. The accelerated tests show that PAM prepared was stable and strongly antioxidative.
