温度及pH值对解偶联剂降低污泥产率效果的影响

摘要 随着我国污水处理行业的快速发展,活性污泥法的广泛应用,剩余污泥产量日益增加,已经成为污水处理产业的严重负担,如何降低剩余污泥产量成了一个急待解决的问题。通过单因素实验分别考察温度和pH值对一种耦合解偶联剂降低剩余污泥产量的影响,该耦合解偶联剂是由3,3′,4′,5-四氯水杨酰苯胺(TCS)和2,4,6-三氯苯酚(TCP)组成。研究发现低温时耦合解偶联剂对于COD的去除率影响较大,而在低pH值的情况下耦合解偶联剂对于污泥生长的抑制效果减弱。 With the rapid development of wastewater treatment industry and activated sludge process was used widely in China, an increasing number of excess activated sludge had already become a serious environment problem. Hence, new technologies are urgently needed to limit the production of excess sludge. Applying single-factor experiments researched the effects of temperature and pH on the function of a combined uncoupler to reduce excess sludge production. The combined uncoupler was consisted of 3, 3', 4', 5-tetrachlorosalicylanilide (TCS) and 2, 4, 6-trichlorophenol (TCP). This paper found that combined uncoupler had more influences on COD removal rate at low temperature and the inhibiting function of combined uncoupler on excess sludge was affected seriously at low pH value.
