桑白皮总黄酮对小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用 被引量:7

摘要 目的研究桑白皮总黄酮对小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。方法采用常规急性肝损伤模型,测定桑白皮总黄酮对小鼠血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)活性和天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)活性。结果桑白皮总黄酮可明显降低四氯化碳(CCl4)(P<0.05,P<0.01)、对乙酰氨基酚(AAP)(P<0.05,P<0.01)致小鼠急性肝损伤模型血清ALT、AST的活性,而对硫代乙酰胺(TAA)致小鼠急性肝损伤模型血清ALT、AST活性无明显作用。结论桑白皮总黄酮对CCl4、AAP所致的小鼠肝损伤有明显保护作用。 Objective To study the protective effect of total flavonoid of Cortex mori on experimental liver injuries. Methods The activity of serum ALT,AST were measured in the model mice of liver injury induced by carbon tetrachlo- ride (CCl4),acetaminophen (AAP) and thioacetamide (TAA).Results Total flavonoid of Cortex mori significantly reduced serum ALT,AST activity of model of acute liver injury in mice caused by CC14 (P〈0.05,P〈0.01),AAP (P〈0.05,P〈0.01), while had no significant effect on the serum ALT,AST activity acute of model of liver injury in mice caused by TAA. Conclusion Total flavonoid of Cortex mori has significantly protective effect on liver injure in mice induced by CCl4,AAP.
