开展目标性监测在指导临床合理用药中的应用

Application of targeted monitoring in guiding clinical reasonable drug use

目的探讨开展目标性检测在指导临床合理用药中的应用。方法本院于2012年1～12月开展目标性监测指导临床合理用药．选取开展目标性监测前后各科出院病例作为调查样本，比较2011年10～12月和2012年10～12月出院患者临床抗菌药应用情况。结果开展目标性监测后1年，抗菌药物使用率、预防用药率均较监测前降低，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；经验用药、针对用药监测前后差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。术前预防给药以术前2h为主，趋于合理化，术后给药时间缩短（P〈0．05）。结论目标性监测可有效指导临床抗菌药物的合理使用，值得推广。

Objective To explore the application of targeted monitoring in guiding clinical reasonable drug use. Methods From January to December 2012, targeted monitoring was carried out in our hospital to guide clinical rea- sonable drug use, the hospitalized cases in each department of our hospital before and after targeted monitoring were selected as investigation sample. The clinical application of antimicrobials in hospitalized patients from October to De- cember 2011 and October to December 2012 was compared. Results After 1 year targeted monitoring, the antibacterial drug usage rate, prevention usage rate were all lower than that of before monitoring respectively, the difference was sig- nificant （P〈0.05）;the empiric therapy, targeted drugs before and after monitoring was not significantly different（P〉0.05）. Preoperative prevention drug delivery was given in preoperative 2 h, tend to rationalization, postoperative medication time was shortened （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Targeted monitoring can effectively guide clinical reasonable use of antimi- crobial drugs, it is worthy of promotion.
