逐瘀补肾汤治疗男性性功能障碍95例临床观察

Clinical observation of Zhuyubushen decoction in treatment of male sexual dysfunction in 95 cases

目的观察逐瘀补肾汤治疗男性性功能障碍的临床效果及其对生活质量的影响。方法选取95例男性性功能障碍患者采用逐瘀补肾汤治疗,对治疗前后患者的性激素水平进行测定分析。结果经治疗后,痊愈47例(占49.47%),好转36例(占37.89%),无效12例(占12.63%),总有效率为87.37%;治疗前后血清性激素浓度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论逐瘀补肾汤可以显著改善患者的临床症状及性激素水平,从而提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Zhuyubushen decoction in treatment of male sexual dysfunction and its influence on living quality. Methods 95 male sexual dysfunction patients were treated with Zhuyubushen de- coction,and the sex hormone levels were measured and analyzed before and after the treatment. Results After the treatment,47 cases were cured（accounted for 49.47%）,36 cases improved（accounted for 37.89%）,12 cases were ineffec- tive（accounted for 12.63%）,the total effective rate was 87.37%.The concentration difference of serum sex hormone be- fore and after the treatment was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Zhuyubushen decoction significantly im- proves the patient＇s clinical symptoms and sex hormone levels,thus improves the patients＇quality of life.
