摘要
目的探讨临床护理路径在中医推拿治疗失眠中的应用效果。方法选取本院2012年1月-2013年1月诊治的失眠患者88例，均行中医推拿治疗，随机分为两组，对照组行常规护理，观察组行临床护理路径管理，比较两组患者的治疗效果及护理效果。结果观察组总有效率、治疗依从性好及生存质量改善发生率、患者满意度明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论临床护理路径可明显改善中医推拿治疗失眠患者的睡眠质量。
Objective To investigate application effect of clinical nursing pathway on Chinese medicine massage in the treatment of insomnia.Methods 88 patients with insomnia in hospital from January 2012 to January 2013 were select- ed and randomly divided into two groups.Routine nursing care was used in control group,clinical nursing pathway management was used in observation group.Treatment effect and nursing effect in two groups were compared.Results Total effective rate,the incidence rate of good treatment compliance,quality of life improvement rate and patient satis- faction rate in observation group were significantly higher than that in control group,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Clinical care path Chinese medicine massage therapy can significantly improve the quality of sleep in pa- tients with insomnia.
