带双线输尿管支架管在上尿路手术中的应用体会

Application experience of ureteral stent with double line in the upper urinary tract surgery

目的探讨带双线输尿管支架管在上尿路患者手术中的应用效果及临床价值。方法将本院2011年2月～2012年2月收治疗的80例行上尿路手术患者随机分为对照组与观察组，每组各40例。对照组患者采用传统的输尿管支架管进行治疗，观察组患者采用带双线输尿管支架管进行治疗。比较两组患者的术后拔管成功率、伤口感染率、尿路感染率及出血等情况。结果对照组患者的术后拔管成功率为87．5％（35/40），观察组为92．5％（37／40），两组比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；两组术后均有1例患者发生尿路感染；对照组术后有12例患者出现肉眼血尿，发生率为30％，观察组患者未出现肉眼血尿，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；两组患者术后均未发生伤口感染。结论在上尿路手术中采用带双线输尿管支架管的效果较好，其能够有效降低术后尿路感染及出血等不良反应的发生率，具有较好的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the application effect and clinical value of ureteral stent with double line in the up- per urinary tract surgery. Methods 80 patients underwent upper urinary tract surgery in our hospital from February 2011 to February 2012 were randomly divided into the control group （n=40） and the observation group （n=40）. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional ureteral stent while patients in the observation group were treated by ureteral stent with double line.Extubation success rate after operation,wound infection rate,and urinary tract infec- tion rate and bleeding and other status of the two groups were compared. Results The success rate of extubation after operation was 87.5% （35/40） in patients of the control group and 92.5% （37/40） in the observation group and there was no statistical difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）;there was 1 case with postoperative urinary tract infection re- spectively in the two groups;there were 12 cases of postoperative gross hematuria in the control group with an inci- dence rate of 30% while there was no such cases in the observation group and there was a statistical difference be- tween the two groups （P〈0.05）;both groups had postoperative wound infection. Conclusion Ureteral stent with double line achieves good effect in the upper urinary tract surgery and it can effectively reduce incidence rate of adverse reac- tions such as postoperative urinary tract infections and bleeding, thus it has better clinical value.
