乳晕切口行乳腺手术的效果观察

Effect observation of breast surgery through areola incision

目的观察经乳晕切口行乳腺手术治疗的临床效果。方法选取本院2011年4月～2013年4月接诊的乳腺疾病患者94例作为研究对象，根据患者自愿原则均分为研究组与对照组。每组各47例。研究组患者采用经乳晕切口行乳腺手术治疗，对照组经其他部位行切口手术治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果及患者满意度。结果研究组患者的病变组织清除率（P〈0．05）及满意率（P〈0．01）均高于对照组。结论经乳晕切口行乳腺手术治疗乳腺疾病，可以取得较好的临床效果，值得临床借鉴。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of breast surgery through areola incision. Methods 94 patients with breast disease admitted in our hospital from April 2011 to April 2013 were selected as subjects and they were di- vided into the research group （n=47） and the control group （n=47） according to the principle of voluntariness in pa- tients.The research group was given breast surgery through areola incision while the control group was given surgical procedures through incision of other parts.The clinical effect and patients＇ satisfaction were comparedof the two groups. Results The rate of lesion clearance （P〈0.05） and patients＇ satisfaction （P〈0.01） were higher that in the control group. Conclusion Breast surgery through areola incision treating breast disease has good clinical effect and it is worthy of clinical reference.
