石墨烯的三维组装及其应用

摘要 石墨烯是一种具有独特的物理和化学性质的二维碳材料。将石墨烯进行三维组装可以实现纳米材料内嵌到宏观器件中,从而可拓宽石墨烯的应用范围。本文通过对近几年发表的有关石墨烯三维组装文章的分析,概括了几种制备石墨烯三维结构的方法,并阐述了其在能源、环境、生物、催化、传感器以及电子器件等方面的应用。最后对石墨烯的三维组装进行了小结和展望。 Graphene is a two-dimensional structure of carbon atoms with unique physical and chemical properties. Integration of individual two-dimensional graphene into macroscopic devices can be realized via three- dimensional assembly, which greatly expands its applications. Here, we briefly introduced the synthesis methods of three-dimensional grapbene macroscopic structures and its applications in energy storage, environment, biology, catalysis, sensors and electronic devices. Finally, the research of three-dimensional assembly of graphene was summarized and prospected.
