强度-时间曲线在腰椎间盘突出症诊断中的价值

The Value of Intensity/time Curves in the Diagnosis of Prolapsed Lumber Intervertebral Disc

探讨强度 -时间曲线对腰椎间盘突出症的诊断价值。测定 111例腰椎间盘突出症患者胫前肌、腓骨长肌及拇长伸肌的强度 -时间曲线共 2 44条。结果 :正常 2 4例 ,部分变性 83例 ,部分～完全变性 4例 ,阳性率为 78.38% ;所检测的 2 44条 I/ T曲线中 ,正常曲线 115条 ,部分变性 12 5条 ,完全变性 4条 ,阳性率为 5 2 .0 5 % ;患者的阳性率与所检查的肌肉数成正比 ;正常和失神经支配的基强度、时值、利用时比较 ,基强度的 P>0 .0 5 ,时值和利用时的P<0 .0 5。提示 :强度 -时间曲线测定对腰椎间盘突出症具有诊断价值 。

the diagnositic value of intenstity/time (I/T) curve in prolapsed lumber intervertebral disc was investigated. The 244 I/T curves of 111 cases of prolapsed lumber intervertebral disc including musculus tibialis anterior, musculus fibularis longus, musculus extensor hallucis longus were measured. The results showed that in the 111 cases, 24 cases presented normal I/T curves, 83 cases partial degeneration and 4 cases complete degeneration with the positive ratio being 78 38 %. In the 244 I/T curves, 115 curves were normal, 125 curves partial degeneration, and 4 curves complete degeneration with the positive ratio being 52 05 %. The ratio of the patients was directly proportional to the number of the detected muscles. Comparing the Rb, C, UT between normal and degeneration curves, the Rb had no significant (P>005), but the C and UT had significant (P<005). It was suggested that the measurement of I/T curve was valuable in the diagnosis of prolapsed lumber intervertebral disc. I/T curve from multiple muscles can increase the positive ratio.
