感觉统合训练疗效的影响因素

摘要 探索感觉统合训练疗效的影响因素。 190例感觉统合失调患儿按年级分为 4组 ,每组中又随机分为 2种治疗方法 ,治疗 1用感觉统合训练、心理护理及家长配合 ;治疗 2用单纯感觉统合训练。对绝大多数患儿进行脑电图及血铅分析。结果 :学龄前组、低年级组、中年级组 2种方法疗效差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,而高年级组 2种方法差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;年龄因素对疗效无明显影响 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;脑电图异常、血铅水平升高均影响训练效果(均 P<0 .0 1)。提示 :感觉统合训练配合心理护理可以极大提高疗效 ,训练早晚对疗效影响不大 。 To study the influencing factors for the effects of sensory integration training, 190 patients with sensory integration disorder were divided into 4 groups according to their grades in school. Each groupwas randomly broken into two subgroups: the combined treatment subgroup receiving the sensory integration training plus psychological nursing and control subgroup only undergoing sensory integration training. Meanwhile, the electroencephalogram (EEG) and blood lead of the patients were monitored. The results showed that the therapeutic effects of all combined treatment subgroups (except the high grade group) were better than in the control subgroups ( P <0.05). There was a significant difference in the therapeutic effects between normal and abnormal EEG or normal and abnormal blood concentration of lead (both P <0.01), but no difference in therapeutic effects among the grade groups. It was suggested that sensory integration training combined with psychological nursing could obviously improve the therapeutic effects. Abnormal EEG and blood lead could influence the therapeutic effects.
