摘要
由于船舶结构整体几何形状具有内在的应力奇异性,其有限元分析结果的评估并不明确。通过对一个简单平面直角十字形拐角结构上的奇异性和裂纹尖端的奇异性进行分析,提出简化后的经验法则及一个直接的计算方法,用于计算裂纹的应力强度因子和基于S-N曲线疲劳分析中的应力集中系数。同时对结构中奇异点处应力场性质提出认识,对其有限元分析方法中网格的划分提供基础。
It's not straighforward to assess the FE analysis results for structures with singularities. To study the interaction between the singularity in a simple planar right angled cruciform comer and the singularity at the crack tip and try to provide some simple calculation methods for stress intensity factors and stress concentration factors for S-N based fatigue analysis. Also a better understanding of the nature of the stress fields which will lay a good foundation for finite element analysis of such details.
