吸附法同时脱除菜籽油苯并芘及色泽最佳工艺条件研究 被引量:19

摘要 研究采用吸附法同时脱除菜籽油中苯并芘(BaP)及色泽的工艺条件。通过单因素试验分别考察了吸附剂种类、吸附剂用量、吸附温度和吸附时间对菜籽油中BaP脱除效果及色泽的影响,并采用正交试验对吸附脱除菜籽油中BaP和色泽的工艺条件进行优化。优化的工艺条件为:采用混合吸附剂,混合吸附剂(活性炭和活性白土)用量0.03%+4%(占油质量),吸附时间20 min,吸附温度100℃。在优化工艺条件下,菜籽油中BaP脱除率达到96%,BaP含量为0.40μg/kg,菜籽油色泽R值为3、Y值为31。 The process of adapting adsorbent method to remove benzo (a) pyrene (BaP) and color from rapeseed oil was studied. The effects of adsorbent type, adsorbent dosage, adsorption temperature and adsorption time on removal of BaP and color from rapeseed oil were investigated by single factor experi- ment, and the optimal conditions of simultaneous removing BaP and color from rapeseed oil were obtained by orthogonal experiment as follows:dosage of mixed adsorbents of activated carbon and activated clay 0.03% +4% (based on the mass of rapeseed oil), adsorption time 20 min, adsorption temperature 100 ℃. Under the optimal conditions, removal rate of BaP reached 96%, the residual content of BaP was 0.40 μg/kg in rapeseed oil, and the R value and Y value were 3 and 31, respectively.
