阿拉善双峰驼驼峰脂的脂肪酸组成分析 被引量:3

摘要 采用气相色谱-质谱法测定了阿拉善双峰驼驼峰脂中的脂肪酸组成及含量。结果表明:阿拉善双峰驼驼峰中的粗脂肪含量为90.78%;阿拉善双峰驼驼峰脂中测定出14种脂肪酸,其中油酸含量(31.03%)最高,硬脂酸(26.48%)和棕榈酸含量(21.85%)较高;阿拉善双峰驼驼峰脂中饱和脂肪酸和不饱和脂肪酸含量分别为56.39%和37.29%。 The fatty acid composition and content of Alxa bactrian camel hump fat were determined by GC -MS. The results showed that the crude fat content of Alxa bactrian camel hump was 90.78% ;four- teen kinds of fatty acids were detected from the Alxa bactrian camel hump fat, in which oleic acid content (31.03%) was the highest,followed by stearic acid (26.48%) and palmitic acid (21.85%). Contents of saturated fatty acids and unsaturated fatty acids in Alxa bactrian camel hump fat accounted for 56.39% and 37.29% respectively.
