摘要
针对零件直接标识技术中电化学标刻二维条码的工艺参数选取问题,将蚀刻电压、蚀刻时间、氧化电压、氧化时间等电化学标刻工艺参数作为优化变量,对比度、打印增长等标刻二维条码质量作为优化目标,结合正交试验和方差分析,基于TC4板材研究了各工艺参数及其交互作用对优化目标的影响规律和影响程度。通过实验验证,获得了电化学标刻TC4板材的优化工艺参数组合,为工程应用中提高电化学标刻二维条码质量提供了依据。
This paper presents an optimization solution for selecting process parameters of electrochemical marking in direct part marking. Etching voltage, etching time, oxidation voltage and oxidation time are used as the optimized variables and attributes of contrast and print growth are taken into account as optimized objectives to improving 2D barcode quality. The proposed scheme integrating orthogonal experiments of TC4 with analysis of variance concludes the effect and the rule of the process parameters as well as their interactions. Furthermore, results from the extensive trials show the optimized process parameters of TC4 improve the electrochemical marking 2D barcode quality for engineering applications.
